Great communication from estimate to delivery! They would text me periodically with updates and I really appreciated that. I was able to leave my rental car there too which was very convenient. Even though it was not a planned repair I’m glad I found them and would recommend to others their excellent service as well!

Best experience with an auto shop of any kind I’ve ever had! Coming from 10 mechanic background when I was younger I have a good idea of the auto repair industry. I picked Auto body concept to fix x my car after someone backed into my car in a parking lot. Although insurance was paying, their quote was well below what I expected, getting the estimate was super easy, scheduling was super easy, the work was perfect, they have some type of technology that would send me daily updates and the car looked like it was detailed when I picked it up. I dealt with Paul and Nicole and they were just cool and down to earth. If your not sure of a shop to use, use auto body concepts!

Auto Body Concepts in Asbury Park is everything you’d want in an auto body shop. Every single person there is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you're in good hands.

There was one gentleman in particular—probably in his 70s—who’s been with the company for nearly 20 years. I wish I remembered his name, because he was an absolute pleasure to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, and you could just tell from his work ethic and attitude that he takes real pride in what he does. People like that are rare, and when you find a shop that has someone like him on the team, you know your car is being taken care of the right way.

Honestly, I don’t even like working with people—but I love working with Paul and his team. I am Only a Fan of this body shop.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. This place is built on trust, experience, and great customer service. Highly recommend!
