Rich was very professional, explained everything, and worked with me on scheduling my work. Everything done as promised. Delivered the car spotless (looked better than ever). Had one issue which he promptly took care of without hesitation. Very happy. Will be back!

I had the best experience at Rich’s. Rich was super friendly, obviously knowledgeable, helpful, and very transparent. I visited on a busy day to get an estimate on my repair and he took the time to work through different options to address the issue while better fitting my budget needs. The repair required a decent amount of work and replacement parts. Rich provided the estimate for the repair we agreed upon and said he’d need 5 days to get the work done. After 5 days, I went to pick up my car and not only was it back in perfect condition, but it had been cleaned spotless on the outside and the inside! Such an appreciated perk. The best part was that the estimate he provided was exactly the amount I paid; no scope creep!! Just a very easy going, but professional experience - no games. 10/10 could not recommend enough!!!

I get stressed when unexpected things happen, but Rich made it easy. He fixed my car's door in a timely manner. Very nice and respectful. The lady in the office was very nice as well. Recommend this place!
