An exceptional company to work with. From my first inquiry to the final inspection, Bauer was very prompt and professional. I had a 22kW Generac Standby w/ATS installed at my house and every single person I interacted with was very polite and knowledgeable. Never felt pressured and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything thoroughly. Bauer described every part of the process and then executed exactly as stated. This level of service is hard to find these days, but I know I can depend on Bauer when I need them most.
Bauer Gen Systems is a 5 star company. Even though I did not know about Bauer when we purchased our generator, I have called and used them for after warranty repairs ever since. They come to my residence when I need them and show up on time. If you need a generator system or repair/maintenance, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
