I used this business twice for Mother-of-the-bride dress alterations in the past 2 months. The first experience was fine (although very high priced), so I assumed the 2nd experience would be fine as well. I was wrong. The top layer of fabric in the front of the dress went past the layer underneath & was over 3" longer in the front than the back. How this got past the seamstress I have no idea. Now, with only DAYS before the event, I was assured I would have my dress. I was freaking out on the inside but was very understanding. Fortunately, it was on time, but not a single apology or even an acknowledgment of the mistake & stressful situation. I will not use this business again.
These guys are the best - they pick up and deliver promptly and consistently, but they’re also just really good people. I left hundreds of dollars in a jacket pocket and they promptly returned all of it. Excellent service, great cleaning, and wonderful people.
Best cleaner around. Full service from alterations to delicate material cleaning. Have a pick-up service as well. Jim the owner is always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
Been coming here for years. The owner Jim has always done good by me. Just took advantage of the free pick-up delivery service even though I am local. This is THE most awesome & convenient thing I have done in a long time. I have recommended friends & family who also has taking advantage, they too are excited of the convenience.
