I have been using the laundromat for multiple years and things were ok until November 2025 when I had an unpleasant experience.
Pros:
Easily visible and accessible (no parking meter needed in Raritan)
Bright lights
Cons:
The gray LG Commercial washing machines have problems. The coin payment system did not fuction properly and the coin return did not work at all. After I paid $2.00 for the washer, the coin payment mechanism did not read or account for every additional quarter I placed into the machine to pay the total wash price. I ended up paying more than the posted price of $4.50 in order to wash with the gray LG Commercial washing machine. I was dissatified with my experience and I will consider if I will wash as often at that laundromat.
There’s a nice guy who opens the door for me when I'm carrying a basket. I’m not old or anything. He’s just a nice guy, I think.
Machines are clean, location is convenient, prices are reasonable, nobody bothers you. In & out. No trouble.
Reasonable prices for laundromat. Owner is friendly. Sometime there are problems with some of the machines. Tuesday is $.25 for 20 minutes in the dryer but some machines don't give you the 20 minutes. Overall a great laundromat.
Edit: $.25 dryer on Tuesday had been discontinued due to rising utilities cost.
