My puppies, husband n I love this park. Every time we go though its basically like our own park since no one else is there and puppies have the park to walk freely. It is great though for families because of playground,gazebo and picnic tables plus porter bodies. 1 time people were setting up for a party in gazebo and other people eating at picnic tables n benches but mist of the time empty. It has a gate so it gets closed at sunset n reopened at sunrise. It's open enough to the point that people were searching for a lost dog with drone n blood hound in the woods.
It's a gorgeous park as you can see in pictures because of trees n coloring of leaves. They do have a trail in the woods that most people take with their puppies or alone but we have never gone because prefer to stay in open area because of ticks. We have seen deer also which is nice. The road going into park from Beckman rd is nice because scenic with trees n benches.
We started to just this summer 2025 after my knee surgery in June. Nice walk around the park with benches.
I would say though that around gazebo people don't clean up n garbage around though.
Also people mostly pick up after there pets even though have found some dog poop since people think it's a park n they don't have too.
Please if you go there clean up after yourselves n your pets if you go with them.
nice place. green, very clean and quaint. kid friendly, they have a bike path too. come check it out. :)
Small park but located just off of route 1 for easy access. Usually see alot of dog walking so great place for that!
Park can be really quiet midweek so I took the opportunity to snap a few fall photos.
Clean, small park with some walking paths and a small playground. There’s a long driveway that leads into the large parking lot. A gazebo with picnic tables is in the center of an open field with a walking path going around the perimeter. The walking path also goes down the length of the driveway on one side. Good for jogging or walking your dog. Playground is very small but the large open fields are good for frisbee or throwing ball.
