The Vet did a wonderful job with my cats teeth extraction surgery and neutering him 4 stars for the vet doctor. They even kept hin few hours longer because of excessve bleeding after surgery. As to the assistant who took me through the details of surgery on site someone should teach her not to show so much impatience and exasperation when a client has valid questions and concerns. 1 star for her Facility is extremely expensive to top it off.

Very professional caring veterinarians. Seen Dr Alyssa and usually see Dr Wes for my 14 year old pup
    Entire staff is wonderful .
Jackie at the receptionist area has been amazing with answering questions and concerns, always with a smile.

The experience at Berkeley Veterinary Center, for both our pup and for us, is by far, the most relaxing, calming and thoughtful experience that any of us have ever enjoyed, going to 'the vet'. Our pup feels right at home and warmly welcomed there, because that's how the entire staff and the doctors there approach their patients and their families. From the lovely waiting area that feels more like you've walked into a friend's house, rather than into a veterinary center, to the always-friendly greeters at the front desk, to the wonderfully caring techs and the great and capable doctors, the entire experience is absolutely superb. Our little guy is a nervous sort, and since they know this, they approach him very gently and with great patience and empathy, and he feels safe and never tries to pull away from the door when we arrive (which he has always done when arriving at other veterinary offices). He feels like HE's visiting friends too! And while I won't go into detail in public, I do want to give a BIG shout-out to their extremely wonderful tech Diana and to Dr. Alyssa who helped us out of a pickle during our most recent visit. Our issue kept Diana there for nearly an hour after they closed, and she was nothing short of a saint trying to help us the way she did, and Dr. Alyssa contributed in a big way as well. That's the kind of people they are. Truly KIND people. If you're within driving distance -- even if it's an HOUR or more -- my husband and I highly recommend Berkeley Veterinary Center. You -- and your PET -- will be glad you went there!

My old girl was acting strange and I knew it was time to take her in for a full panel since it had been a long time. Everyone in this office is so lovely and accommodating.
Dr.Alyssa took the time to listen to all my concerns and questions and answers them without hesitation. She’s amazing.
    Highly recommend!

I began going to Berkeley Veterinary Center about a year ago, after trying a few local vets. I decided to stay with Berkeley Veterinary Center for a few positive reasons. My doberman was scene by both vets, but mainly Dr. Wes. The whole entire staff members from the veterinary doctors, vet techs, and front desk staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Myself & my doberman enjoy the open seating area that is separate for dogs and cats. They don't ask you to wait in the vehicle, like the covid days. They are very aware of my dobermans personality and make her feel like a queen. She looks forward to her peanut butter and cheese lick pads. They make every experience both a pleasure for myself and my dog. My doberman very recently had her spay surgery. The incision is clean & healing well. Lastly, I don't feel rushed when I ask questions. I get a thorough visit each time I am there. This is 100 percent our new vet.
