We love this church for its warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Our kids enjoy Kids Club, Sunday School, and VBS, and we truly appreciate the strong sense of community here. A wonderful place to be a part of!
Great church, faithful preaching and everyone is so lovely and kind! You clearly see Jesus in them! They’ll treat you like family☺️
I love the mom life group at this church !! Awesome people and great pastors .!!
In the darkest time of my life, I found this church and they really came along side me. I am now 3 years into the battle of my life and I cannot imagine a better group of people to walk this journey.
My daughter has made many friends here and looks truly happy amongst the other kids. The people of the congregation have been wonderful to her as well.
Bible Baptist is not about good feelings or falsely "bringing people to Christ" with statistics and numbers. They couldn't care less about it - they are about Bible exposition and the Truth of Jesus Christ.
This church is not about the a singular sinner's prayer where people could ask "Jesus into their heart," but keep living life without being changed from the inside out. It's a place that follow's Christ's command to repent and to trust Him... to yield the throne of your heart to Him who created us and has the infinite-foot view of all things.
And no, I didn't get tricked into anything here just because I am in a low. I have learned more than anywhere else that I am a sinner just like everyone else who has fallen short of God's standard of perfection and that I need a savior who will pray for me, love me, vouch for me, and gave His very life for me after living a sinless and godly life Himself.
Nobody here is a psycho like some of the 1 star reviews. The power balance is maintained by a system of elders who would gladly counter the pastor if he were Biblically in the wrong. Most of all, the pastor himself is humble and reflective and understands that he too is human. He also understands that as the pastor, he is Biblically held to a higher standard in front of God. I have seen him repent in prayer myself. And I have seen him lead with a steady and unwavering stance.
I can relate to the 1-star comment about being too smart for one's own good and question everything. As a doctor, I studied and continue to study science. (Yes, including evolution and the timeline of creation, etc.) However, I can also say that we are dealing with an awesome God, an immense entity outside of space and time. People are so adamant about being open-minded. It's time to be open-minded and to have an open and obedient heart to the reality of a God who is holy, but loving, wrathful, but forgiving... and most of all, so caring of the world that in the Covenant of Redemption, sent His only son to be the propitiation for our sins because we cannot redeem ourselves.
I am not from around here and I really have no business being here, but have been placed here and have found this wonderful church. I am thankful.
This is a great church, warm, friendly, preaches the truth from the Bible. They have traditional music in the first service, and more contemporary music in the second. I have no idea what the negative reviews are about, but these people are not child beaters, so please ignore any negative comments and go find out for yourself. I'm new to this state, and they are very warm, welcoming and positive people.
