This really is a small business, but a GOOD small business. I always get personalized attention and respect. I have never known Joanne Grant, the owner, to ignore a question; and her answers along with those of her support staff, are always intelligent and knowledgeable. Plus they really do have some of the weirdest items, and I mean that in a good way, too.
Submitted an absentee bid to their staff. Staff confirmed the bid received but didn't register in the system. Thus I missed the lot. No contacts after they made the mistake. Totally disappointed.
