I took some time to read through reviews of 3 local businesses. I ended up calling all 3 but decided on Bock Automotive. Bill was friendly on the phone and in person. I was able to drop off my car, he sent me a video of the issue and gave me my options. He ordered the part that was needed, I brought my car back in and the job was done. When I picked up the car a few hours later, he showed me the piece that was replaced and gave me a breakdown that I was able to understand.

Finding a trustworthy mechanic who does quality work without overcharging can be tough these days. My 2017 Dodge Challenger was experiencing major misfires, and I wasn’t sure what was causing the issue. I suspected it might be the spark plugs or ignition coils, but I didn’t want to take any chances on unnecessary repairs.
After doing some research, I came across Bocks Automotive. The overwhelming number of positive reviews and repeated mentions of honesty really stood out to me. I've had my fair share of bad experiences with mechanics in the past, so I was a bit skeptical walking in but that changed immediately.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and felt no pressure at all. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, the service was top-notch, and best of all, my car now runs like a dream.
