I called him memorial day weekend and didn't expect to get anyone. He not only came out but fixed my pump on the same day I called. I had a low flow system and he stopped back twice, changed some pipes and put in new valves on the pipes he installed. He went above and beyond. I wont use anyone else. He is straight forward no BS.
I read the two negative reviews of him not showing up and had to come back to edit my review. I find that hard to believe because after the first time he came out he came back immediately when i had a low flow problem. The 3rd time he came back was he said he would be back after it rained to see the well was at a good level (which it was set to rain in 2 days) and he said he would be back on the next Saturday. Saturday came and there he was. So, either that was a fluke or people are lying. Either way he went above and beyond.
I live in ocean acres in manahawkin and called Brians on memorial day weekend when my wife went to water her garden and there was no water. I didnt expect to get anyone to come out because it was memorial day weekend but he came the same day I called.. That was the first A+. Then he came, had and had the pump on the truck and repaired it within 2 hours, second A+.
No BS, straight forward and good. After he left I was having a little bit of a flow pressure issue and he came back and looked at it. Third A+. He said I may need to go deeper with the pump but would be back the next Saturday after it was suppost to rain and we would see. He came back a third time and looked at it and said it was my pipes not the depth. He replaced valves and fixed the feed to the spigot and it was fixed A+ again. I asked him what I owed him and he said nothing he wanted to make sure it worked well. He put in valves and shortened the line. I wouldn't use anyone else and even if I was able to get a cheaper price it would have cost me more because I'm sure they wouldn't have done what he did.
Brian was fast, reliable, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend him. I called him on a Saturday night and he was there within 45 minutes as promised. He was able to restore water to my house that night. Thank you!
