Jackie was absolutely amazing!! I got a free consultation, during which she tested my hair with the bleach and color remover to make sure I would react well to it. I got multiple reminders before my appointment, and she was super accommodating with time. The appointment itself was excellent. She was super relaxed and made me feel comfortable, while still being realistic of our expectations, since my hair was in rough shape. She ended up exceeding both of our expectations and gave me exactly what I had been hoping for. I found the pricing to be highly reasonable. I'd recommend her to anyone and will 100% be back!

Not only is she talented but her personality makes every appointment so enjoyable! She takes the time to get to know her clients personally! Going to her personal salon was such a treat!
