New Concepts Hair Salon

I went to see Ashley as a new customer for my haircut and she did such a beautiful job she really did.
She is a very sweet and caring girl she really is. I was having a very bad day and I wasn't the nicest person that day and she was very understanding as well as Christine and donna too . They all treated me like family and were helping me through it. I couldn't belive it! I really appreciated that it meant alot. There are not many caring people left in this world and in that salon there are a bunch in one place that's amazing. Very blessed to have met them and will be back for sure and in a much more pleasant mood the next time I'm sure.
Definitely recommend this salon as not are they great hairstylists they are beautiful caring people .

She had suggested a keratin to make my hair shiny and healthier and I'm glad she did! It made my hair shiny and made it look fuller as well.
So happy I found this salon and have Ashley as my stylist, she's great!
Everyone who works there is so very nice and welcoming! You have to come and see for yourself you will be very happy that u did!

Like many of the reviews I read, I was also looking for a new salon since we recently moved to the area. Even though all the reviews were positive, I didn’t have high hopes. I’ve been a sucker for that before and left the salon with the most expensive horrible cut/color. NOT THIS TIME! WOW!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Everyone was so cheerful and welcoming from the minute I walked in. Ashley, my stylist, was AMAZING! I love that she discussed everything with me and also love that she wants to get to know me and my hair before doing anything drastic. I really appreciated that! I had color, some highlights, keratin treatment, hair cut and blow out (probably for the same price I got a root touch up and blow out at my old salon). For the first time in 15+ years I felt “brighter” and LOVED LOVED my hair! I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my hair!! It looks and feels healthier than ever! I’d highly recommend Ashley! She’s the best!!

Anyone looking for a new hair salon, needs to look no further! I am a 56 year old woman, who like most, is set in her ways, and I had the same hairdresser for over 20 years. I had moved though, and it was taking me over an hour to get there, but I had done it for over 4 years, because the idea of looking for someone new that would give my fine hair the same good cut, seemed very unlikely to me. Because of the drive and my stylists hours, that rarely worked for my work schedule anymore, I finally decided to muster up the courage and look for a place closer to me. That is when I found this little gem, and based on the great reviews, I decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! I soon found out that I had finally found my new favorite hair salon 😊. From the minute you walk in you are made to feel comfortable and welcome by all the staff, even Lola, the adorable shop dog 💕. I made my first appointment with Christine and she took the time to listen and find out exactly what kind of cut I was looking for, as well as my concerns. The cut was perfect and have already been back for my second great cut with her.
If you need a new place, give this one a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Ashley is a hair wizard! I’m new to the area and needed a new stylist. I was nervous because - hair? Right? If it’s wrong it is awful! But Ashley made sure to explain everything. I had like a 10 week root grow out - overdue for highlights and a cut and she did it all! She made sure my grays were covered, the color contrast I wanted happened and eased any worries that she was going to make sure I always leave happy. Hair is stunning and I have a new stylist.

Not to mention EVERYONE in the salon is SO NICE!

Ashley at New Concepts is an absolute gem! My usual hairdresser is recovering from surgery, and she welcomed me and my son as new clients like we had been coming to her for years. She nailed my root formula to cover those pesky greys and blended it perfectly into my balayage (seamless and gorgeous ✨).

And then there’s my son—he has thick, curly hair and wanted highlights but wasn’t totally sure. Ashley was amazing—no pressure, just patience and kindness while he talked it over with me. Once he decided to go for it, she absolutely rocked it. His highlights look incredible, and he’s been getting compliments left and right. He feels like a total superstar, and I couldn’t be happier for him.

On top of the great results, Ashley’s chair talk is the perfect mix of fun and informative. She gave us awesome tips on upkeep, kept the whole vibe relaxed, and made us both feel at ease the entire time.
