Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens

This Facility and the staff have become a blessing to me. Any time an issue arises, it is dealt with completely and efficiently by any staff who can contribute. They all jump in as a team to figure it out. The regular staff who care for my mother, have become like family, I can relax at night knowing she is in good hands, and is cared for with love, and attention. Iam always greeted with smiles and friendly conversation, and am updated frequently of any changes in care or facility changes as well. Extremely grateful for this entire team. I dont know what I would do without them. 10 stars.

Shorrock Gardens is the most compassionate caring facility I have encountered . My mother-in-law is very well cared for and the staff are genuinely kind. She is always dressed and groomed and well fed. The administration and staff are professional and give dignity and respect to the residents in their care.

I Linda Scheidt Shrock Gardens Evergreen complete care since July 30 to November 9 is the day I go home. You have a nurse aid name Natalie outstanding person she goes away and beyond her means to take care of you. I understand she’s been here for 25 years. Not many people get recognition she’s beautiful person inside out. She stayed by my side she checked in on me. She helped me in ways. I can’t describe. she’s a blessing in In her work, she’s a perfectionist my stay here was lovely. My family and I were impressed of how clean the places and how friendly and Coming out to listen to what you have to say just wanted to share this with you. I enjoyed my stay and actually the food is so much better than Hospital food thank you for everything most of us. Thank you for Natalie.

When my husband’s aunt became ill, I spoke with the social worker at HMH, and asked that her rehab be at Shorrock Gardens. My Aunt, and Uncles had been there and they were excellent.

This stay for his aunt was no different, and because she had much more going on that what she had told us, her stay had become permanent.

From the beginning, working with Julia, through the updates with Jeanne, and other medical staff members, it was very much a relief to know what wonderful and safe hands she was in.

You never what to have to make decisions to leave your home, but his aunt was cognitively in great shape, even though she was ill.

She was treated well, and involved in all of her decision making. And we were if informed of changes, her her health conditions promptly.

I would like to thank everyone at Shorrock Gardens… this is the mission all Nursing Facilities should follow.

I recently wrote a five star review, but feel I had more to say after my Mom's medical crisis she had two weeks ago while at this facility. When I noticed my Mom was disoriented and not acting herself two Mondays ago I notified the nurses on duty who were immediately intentive to my Mom and promptly notified her doctor and started immediate tests. The next day my Mom was still the same and Elsa notified me and promptly told me what the doctor wanted for my Mom and helped me make a proper decision for my mom with providing me the clarity needed and help. My Mom was treated at Brick hospital for the next week and a half with a serious bacteria infection. Holly followed up on my Mom's condition and promptly returned all and answered fully my concerns and questions and was very professional and friendly. Marie followed up to and was most helpful and very professional and helpful. Julia followed up the day before my Mom was coming back to this facility to help me with any questions and concerns. The staff here is amazing and very professional and helpful under a good circumstance and a medical crisis circumstance. When Mom got back to this facility I was happy to see her looking better and well taken care by the staff. Valentina is the best! She takes exceptional amazing care of my Mom and makes sure she comfortable and her needs are met. I can't thank the nurses and staff and social worker enough. Definitely a a good facility
