I cannot express how amazing this office is. They fit my child in same day and the staff was absolutely phenomenal. From the front desk to the Doctor (saw Dr. Hughes) everyone was so sweet and helpful.
We are very thankful to Dr. Sun and Dr. Rana for treating my son after his critical injury. We feel so lucky and blessed to have had them as his doctors. With their expertise, experience, knowledge and along with God’s blessings, my son is doing well. I must say, Dr. Sun is truly a genius doctor, and Dr. Rana manages the lens aspect of his treatment beautifully.
A wonderful experience! From start to finish, I couldn’t have been happier. I have struggled the past few months to find a pediatric ophthalmologist that would see my son who is need a full vision screening. He is newly 3yrs old, and is not comfortable wearing a mask-and never has. Many offices wouldn’t make an exception for a 3yr old or even try to think outside the box to accommodate him for a needed appointment-which is disturbing and they should be ashamed!!! I initially spoke with David who booked my appointment and was very understanding with the situation and said it wasn’t a problem at all. (As it shouldn’t be!) Then I worked with Christine at this location who was warm, friendly and very accommodating to us. She was empathetic to my concern and made us feel welcome. She also did an AMAZING job getting my sons dilation drops so easily! Couldn’t believe it! Then we met with Dr Rousta who was just wonderful with him- and for that, was able to get the reading and provide the explanation we needed in terms of his current vision situation. What a difference it makes seeing a practice that specializes in working with children. A huge difference! I highly recommend this office- it was clean, organized and very efficient. Because of the professionalism, attentiveness and decency shown by these individuals we will GLADLY return to this office for any vision needs. Thank you again so much for welcoming us and giving my son a wonderful experience.
