Ever since I was young, I have hated the dental profession due to some traumatic experiences. So when I was told I needed a laser procedure done I wasn’t sure what to expect. The team here was absolutely wonderful. They listened to my concerns and did not brush off the anxiety that I could (and did) experience. They were very reassuring and patient with me knowing about my past experience. They let my husband sit in the room with me while getting the laser done and honestly it made a huge difference. The assistant I had during the laser was so sweet and kept telling me encouraging things while also giving me updates on how much is left. Even though I couldn’t complete everything required at the time of the laser (I think I was just over the whole thing in general). They didn’t make a big deal about it and allowed me to make another appointment to come back and finish it.
The front desk people were incredibly helpful with setting up the financing and answering any questions that we had and even allowed us to come closer to her computer screen so we could look at the rates/payment options. As someone who also works in the healthcare field, it made me so happy to see people who genuinely care about their patients and want to help them to the best of their abilities. It made me feel appreciated and that entire office made sure that I felt safe and comfortable. That is something that no one can fake and I’m so grateful that my regular dentist office recommended them to me.

Dr. Andrew S Andrawis , DMD is very professional and explains what steps he can take to improve your dental health. The hygienist LA took her time and went over the procedures involved in the laser treatment that I was considering. And addition, the front desk staff were very professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this dental group.
