I had an HVAC install last month where the contractor found mold on the wall. Geza was able to send someone to fix, treat and repair within hours. Very reasonable pricing! This week, his team had helped me repair my bathroom ceiling due to a leak from my neighbors unit in addition to a total toilet replacement. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks so much for everything 😊

Geza and his team do great work. Did a near total 1st floor remodel, including kitchen and half bath. Attentive to every detail and completely reliable and easy to work with. Showed up every day bright and early throughout the job and did exactly what he said he would do. Highly recommend.

It’s very rare to see people like Geza and his team in the renovation and construction business. Geza runs a highly professional setup. Right from our first project in 2021 renovating one of the bathrooms to make it senior citizen proof to his latest project renovating two of our bathrooms in 2024 on the second floor, he has done an awesome job. He works with you closely, explains the process, helps you pick the right materials and works as a partner with you. What amazed me the most was he and his team mate Bobby coming to our place without fail every day at 8 am and laying out all the covers for the job on the stairs etc and doing a clean job every day, making incredible progress. And at the end of each day, they would clean up, vacuum all the dust and leave the place clean. They kept to the timeline as well. Very easy to work with, very patient with all our questions and never defensive. It has been such a pleasure working with Geza and his team we recommended them to a few others. They also had great experiences. A big thumbs up!

We used Modern Master for a complete remodel of our full bathroom. To say we are overjoyed with the final results is an understatement. Geza and his crew were a pleasure to work with.
