I just moved to the area and needed a plumber for my tankless water heater. I was only getting cold water. After going through PSEG who had no experience working with my unit, and 3 plumbers that never even showed, I found Tom. He is a godsend. Once I explained the issue and the unit he scheduled an appt and came on time. He was thorough and knowledgeable. After figuring out the issue he ordered the part and once it came he fixed my water heater within an hour. Other than being good at his job he’s just an all around nice guy. He gave me advice on being a new home owner and told me about the stores and restaurants in the area. He’s really affordable and I would recommend him to anyone. In all I am so glad I found him and would only use him for any of my plumbing needs.
