I was in group 6 for a few yrs in the early '80s. Hated it at the time, but as I grew up, realized what a blessing it was. I even named my daughter Sarah Madelon after Sister Madeline. ❤️

Kelly, Rhonda, Jessica the jewish friend that we learn the prayer in Hebrew before meal we prayed. Vivian from Haiti.

I remember us watching Sister Act, Grease and even made a Step team. I always had that phone call From Rudy.. And Watching buffy the vampire slayer, soul train. I remember Mrs: Chris, Mrs: Edna, Mrs: Louis. Mr: Kermit,

I can't remember more I forgot my teacher's name and the teacher's aid always helping me out and giving me candy. I was in the softball team and volleyball too. I miss that place.. Yes it was difficult at the beginning because of the bullying but it stopped.. but those left then the ones that stayed we were ok.. A lot of things happened good and bad but I miss that place I felt loved by the staff.. /Am Shely Marca... (Flor)\ now 40 years old happily married and 4 kids.

I attended M.H. in July 1980 I was in group 5. My group was awesome It was a little scary run by nuns and being Lutheran and not a church person but I did it. Made friends there but lost contact with some but 1 friend we keep in touch through FB. M.H. was I place I needed at the time. You go to school so we wore uniforms no biggie. When I was there it wasn't a bad place I mean I missed my family but I needed help. I don't know what it's like now but it's what you put into it to make it work.
Thank You M.H. and Sister Madelyn.

My daughter was there for a bit, a few years back. When she went there she was really heading down a bad path, she came out doing much better. Now she’s a wonderful woman & mother. Madonna Heights saved her in my opinion. Mrs. Michelle was an amazing social worker to work with.
