Love the class. The instructor so sweet and very patience on teaching specially for beginners. Having fun while burning calories 😅
My first time experiencing this kind of fitness was amazing and reminds me of being in a dance group with such a wonderful caring compassionate person, so glad that I was introduced to Finesseyourfitness.
I have to say that when I first started attending these classes I was some what nervous not knowing the routines. Nanette was very patient with me and made sure to spend time with me giving me one on one instruction's to make me comfortable. She even asked if I would like to take a step board home to practice on and provided several videos to work out with. Great instructor!! Great patience, Great class!!
She is one of the best motivational fitness coaches I've known, and believe me!
