I’ve been coming here approximately 4 years and usually see Rose McGeever who is amazing and very knowledgeable and compassionate. Her insights are always spot on. She discovered my gall bladder issues within 5 minutes in her office and this was after spending a night in the ER and was released with an “acid reflux “diagnosis .
I’ve also seen Dr Kapoor who is also amazing and also has diagnosed issues where others have either missed or just had no clue. I’ve gotten more info from these Drs than any of the specialists I’ve been seeing. They deserve a lot of credit! Appreciate them immensely.

Overall, I found everyone to be kind and knowledgeable, if not a bit awkward at times. I subtracted stars for 1. The incredible wait (months) to get in for a physical or follow up, and 2., being billed for an extended office visit for my physical. I had warned them against doing this after reading these reviews, but my insurance was billed regardless) (Not that I thought I had any sway anyway). I was in the office no more than 10 minutes for a brief health check , a lab script, and a refill. The cost came to 3x my normal copay. Be prepared to pay.

I have been a patient here since 2019 and I have never had any issues. I use the portal to communicate with my doctor and nurses. They’re very responsive and I get an answer within just a few hours. All of the nurses and especially Jenny at the front desk is awesome! Because I’ve been coming here for so long, it’s like saying hello to family and catching up on past holiday events.

Dr Gould is fantastic. She’s very thorough and ensures she explores all possible avenues when I present a medical problem to her.

She doesn’t just assume because everything points to “x” and that’s a doctor you want to have.

I would HIGHLY recommend Capital Health.

I started coming to this office after the doctor I had at the office on quakerbridge cancelled yet another appointment. I never had a problem with that at this location and saw Dr. Bankole for 3 years. Overall I was happy with the care I received here. I do think they push certain testing that might not be relevant to an individual patient based on "age" recommendations. I didn't feel I needed cholesterol testing yearly but if I did it, I would like to see the results. The last time my results weren't uploaded to the portal. I would have stayed with this practice had I not moved to another state.
