I believe, this the best place for your any auto body repairs or body works, period! Do not go by its location or look of its simple office. Recently I had a surprisingly very pleasant experience of having my car repaired after an accident. I got 4 estimates - 3 from so-to-speak with nice looking offices. The estimate from this shop was very reasonable compared to other 3 as well as they did a great job on my car and in a reasonable time.

I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault, and the other party’s insurance was covering the repairs. My husband went to Carstar and spoke to Richie and immediately wanted to use this shop. I worked with Richie throughout the process and from the start, Richie provided outstanding service. He communicated clearly and consistently, keeping me informed at every step and setting realistic expectations. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, which helped ease a lot of the stress that comes with an accident.
The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and my car was ready when promised. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations—my vehicle looked and drove as if the accident never happened. Richie’s professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one.
