The Brooklyn Plunge is a fantastic addition that has enhanced our family's living experience.
For me, the idea of willingly plunging into icy water seemed a bit harsh (we like 48') but I needed to do something. I sought to rejuvenate my worn, broken and 60 + year old body from the aches and stiffness and overall lethargy I was feeling. Initially getting in the plunge was a challenge. However, once I made the plunge into the cold uncertainty, I immediately found freedom from my woes. Almost immediately something changed with my body and my mind. I felt an energy and vitality of my prior youthfulness.
I developed a "plunge procedure" that includes total immersion, stillness, disciplined breathing and truly a peace of mind I seldom achieve elsewhere. I thought the whole "lifestyle" spiel was silly until I discovered it for myself and it is real.
And to think, I thought the only good things from Brooklyn was the pizza!

We’ve had our Brooklyn Plunge Large Cold Plunge with the Pro Chiller for a few months now, and it’s been excellent. The plunge performs exactly as described. The chiller cools powerfully and consistently, and the whole setup has been a great addition to our daily wellness routine.

Customer service has also been impressive. The team was responsive online and even followed up with calls to make sure we were taken care of. There was some initial miscommunication in the order, but they handled it well and ensured everything was resolved. I really appreciate their commitment to standing behind their product.

For anyone considering the same setup, here are a few honest notes:

The Pro Chiller is very large, so make sure you plan enough space for it.

Once filled, the plunge tub naturally expands slightly, so the lid may not fit completely flush – but this seems common with plunge tubs in general.

The motor produces some sound while running – not overwhelming, but good to be aware of.
