Although they weren’t able to help me because they don’t service our area, Ligia was so helpful and patient helping me find someone that does service our area. I’m the past the other girls, Lucia and Mariana also were very helpful. I can’t thank Ligia enough for her kindness and patience. Thank you!
Mr. Mobility is the BEST electric wheelchair repair shop I have ever used. The staff are polite, patient and responsive. The repair techs, especially Ben, are without equal. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. Call Mr. Mobility. You will not be disappointed.
Went there with an emergency today my mom who was visiting broke her cushion. The staff here helped last minute, super nice! Could not recommend them enough.
The service I received from Mr. Mobility was truly superb. Not only is the team knowledgeable and friendly, they went above and beyond to accommodate my scheduling needs. I used Mr. Mobility for two wheelchair repairs and the service was so prompt and hassle free that I was amazed. And in each case they cleaned up the chair and put it in better condition than just the repair I was requesting. And they saved me some money, too. (Please note, though: for my repairs, I wasn’t going through insurance. My guess is: if you’re going through insurance and the service you receive isn’t as fast as I have indicated here - well, you shouldn’t be blaming this great local business. It’s the insurance company delaying your repair!)
I had an issue with my mobility scooter where it was squealing badly and it seemed like the wheel was rubbing against the brakes. I took it in and the man working (didn't catch his name, argh!) took a look, fixed it up in a few minutes, and also reattached a wheel that had fallen off with a better bolt. He even helped me load it back into my truck bed and fold it down. When I asked how much I owed, he just told me happy holidays. It was so nice. I just lost my dog of 13 years a few days ago, so his act of kindness meant a lot to me. I will definitely be coming back in the future when I need more substantial repairs!
