Asked us what our questions were regarding the property line and made sure they answered what we wanted to know. They pointed things out that we hadn’t realized and were quite remarkable. Let’s just say everyone needs to do a survey on their property whether you are installing a new fence, buying a new home or just for peace of mind. I was referred to Brunswick Surveying because I needed a property survey to close on my home and install a septic tank. I am writing this review because I have received nothing but professionalism and excellence from this company. I initially reached out for an inquiry and Jonathan responded promptly and he was very knowledgeable. Ben arrived on time for the first of 2 appointments and spent hours meticulously getting measurements right and explaining the process to me. Ben came again the second time and again was very thorough and walked me through the property markers and explained exactly what he did and what I could expect. Also, kudos for being a family owned business. You’re in good hands with this company.

I highly recommend using Brunswick Surveying Co. if you need a property survey done at your house. My situation for doing a Survey was somewhat different. When I first bought my house many years ago, I had a property survey done. I wanted a new Survey when the New Jersey American Water Company installed a new fence that bordered 2 of my neighbor's properties in the back yard. The original fence was 250 feet across my back yard and I thought it was my original fence. New Jersey American Water was involved because they owned the water rights in my community, so when we had a Earthquake in New Jersey in April 2024, the underground water pipes got damaged and started leaking over time. Some of these pipes were located in the back yard on one of my neighbor's property. New Jersey American Water had to repair/replace these pipes. The work was extensive. Trees and shrubs were removed including an existing fence. The work took months. As it turned out, once the work was done, the New Jersey American Water Representative could not confirm who "owned" the new fence they got installed and said I'd have to do my own Survey. I was left with uncertainty.

I contacted Brunswick Surveying after reading their reviews on line, which were very good. I read that their fees were reasonable. I dealt with Jonathan who answered all my emails and I proceeded to set up an appointment. The Survey was done recently and Kim and Phillip arrived to my house promptly. They were proficient with their Survey equipment and located all the property markers using my original Survey as a guide. I was able to engage in conversation with them as they went about their work. They were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they cleared up the uncertainty I had about who "owned" the new fence that was installed. As it turns out, the property markers clearly revealed that the new fence is on my property.

All I can say is if you need a property survey, then call Brunswick Surveying. You won't be disappointed. They have a competent staff who arrive on time and you can trust they will do a good job. Their fee is reasonable and they gave me peace of mind by locating the property markers especially by the new fence. Kudos to Kim and Phillip! They are an asset to the Brunswick Surveying Co. team !
