    We engaged Amy to assist us with our first home-buying journey. While she was understanding when we withdrew from our initial deal, our experience during the second transaction was less satisfactory. Amy took an unannounced week-long leave during a critical period, leading to miscommunications and missed emails. Post-inspection amendments felt rushed, and as first-time buyers of a 1960's home, we expected more proactive guidance - or at least communication about availability/timeline. For instance, an oil tank sweep - a common recommendation for older homes in NJ - was not brought to our attention. We only realized post-closing after consulting with friends. Our inspector was even surprised after we called him to do one post-close. We felt it was an oversight. There were also multiple times that emails we had forwarded ahead of deadlines, like our mortgage commitment and title details, went unread and caused fire drills later on while we were at work. Overall, we felt that greater attention and communication would have made us feel more assured during this significant purchase in a crazy housing market.

    Any Burr is the absolute best real estate attorney! My wife and I have worked with a few real estate attorneys, but Amy Burr is by far the best! She is responsive, and always works for your betterment. She’s also very kind and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Amy Burr and the Burr group!

    We also intend to use her for a will, so I figured I should mention she offers that service as well.

    Such an amazing experience with Burr Law Group. I was selling my first home and Amy, Paul and Carla removed all of the stress and worry. I am so grateful for their expertise and professionalism. I had recently lost my father and this experience was one of the bright spots in my day. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend the Burr Law Group for anyone buying or selling a home.
