I had a visit and very excellent choice that I could make reasonable prices and the attention is always good I recommend it if you need anything to ru truck or car.

I am going to attempt expressing how grateful I am for this shop… for Richard. For Evelyn. For Edwin. And the team.

I am not from the area and, I had a 2-3 hours drive before me. I stopped at Aldi nearby and noticed the coolant was leaking underneath the car. Long story short, my father and I Googled repair shops which most were closed and I took my shop calling Richard’s right before they closed.

Edwin answered and said I can bring my car first thing in the morning so I did.

Two years ago, I had the reservoir replaced (coolant tank) and I was hoping it wouldn’t need to be replaced again.. and it was exactly that. I have a BMW X5 and.. Richard and his team were able to get the part on THE SAME DAY… and have the job completed on THE SAME DAY…

I am now home safely (5-hour drive with traffic) and.. the car ran great.. I am so grateful..

Richard ran some tests on the truck, sent a video and kept me updated every single step of the way. This will now be my family’s go-to stop since they are local and.. I know it will become yours too..

Very very happy and at peace. It can be so unsettling and disorienting when UNEXPECTED things like this happen yet grateful for businesses/people like Richard that make magic happen.

Wow. The customer service here is the best I’ve ever come across. When I tell you everybody-especially Richie-makes you feel so comfortable and like you are their biggest priority. So grateful we found Richie because we have been overpaying for service for far too long. If your car is having issues, Richard’s Cars and Towing is definitely the place to go!

Richie and his team diagnosed my car quickly and efficiently. After determining the issue Richie called me and explained the issues clearly. After I told him what repairs I wanted done, Richie told me it would be ready soon. Sure enough I had my car repaired the next day. Car runs amazing now. Highly recommended. The customer service is amazing and they genuinely care about their customers.
