Stopped by CarMax to sell my car and it went better than I expected. They offered a stronger value than the dealer, which was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t have an appointment so the wait took a bit longer, but nothing unreasonable.

The staff were friendly, clear about the process, and kept things moving once it was my turn. Overall, a smooth experience and definitely worth it if you want a fair offer without the usual hassle.

So I bought my car in March of this year a 2020 Hyundai Tucson with the help of Mark, Alex and Tyla. All three of them are very amazing. I test drove six different cars with Mark and Alex and Tyla helped me with all of the closing and signing a paperwork when the 2020 Hyundai Tucson was shipped in from PA, which was free of charge overall amazing experience. I was out of there in under an hour because I came with a preapproval letter from my bank, Mark, Alex, and Tyla we’re so helpful and very understanding I had come from a situation where my first ever car was totaled, the day I had came in I had came from four other dealers who told me it was going to be to 2 to 3 weeks before I could get into a car and with my job I need a car for Work. Carmax and their team were there to help me. I got a car within four days, the three of them were so helpful and guiding me through the whole process and helping me speed up my process with the bank for the loan. also explaining their Carmax Care( extended warranty) on the vehicle, walking me through all of the paperwork and answering every question I had I will definitely be coming back to them when my dad needs a new car. This location is awesome and answered all my phone calls and questions I had. So far I’ve not experienced any wait times when calling them for the Carmax care or scheduling service although I haven’t need to have anything but oil changes because I drive so much for work, but Carmax has always answered the phone when I’ve called!

Fantastic experience with Car Max. They give you a great extended warranty also. You can find very seldom used cars for great prices there! Buy a car that is maybe 2 or 3 years old with less than 20k miles and save a fortune!
