The warm and friendly Ms.Sandra was helpful and sweet.She was respectful and professional. This is my third purchase from this business. All was fine until the son of the owner asked me a ( a lady with a shoeboot from foot surgery) to help him lift the carpet into my truck! This made C.J. and the store lose points.
After spending over 1k in this economy. Let's see if I will be a returning customer. Ms.Sandra is their saving grace.
I was looking for an unusual color of gold and found the perfect one. It’s a family owned and operated business and the only better staff is helpful. Their prices and very reasonable and the installation was great. I

Carpet exchange is a lovely, family owned carpet store that should be everyones go to destination if they are looking for carpet in the area. To start the staff are very friendly. Mrs. Sandra was a pleasure to work with and she is very knowledgable about not only carpet but interior design. She was very helpful with making my vision come to life. The son and father are also very pleasant and were cracking jokes with me the whole time! In a world where everything is sold by big box stores and made poorly I was shocked to find such amazing carpet at this price. When comparing the quality to other popular stores the carpet in this store was 10x better quality with even better prices. They have a huge warehouse which has rolls and remnants and the carpets in stock are 50% off and more. I cannot recommend this place enough and these days we should all be shopping and supporting local businesses.
