When my great room was extra wide and long Joe had the solution and expertise to make me an area rug to fit my space perfectly! His knowledge is unmatched and hard to find these days. Thank you for such a great Job I highly recommend his business and another job well done!
I searched online for months to find area rugs without success. I went into Carpet Heritage and Joe saved the day! He was so helpful and funny; it was a great shopping experience. Joe had all my carpet choices cut to my exact measurements with his contractor Emad binding them beautifully. I picked a herringbone carpet for the stair runner and Emad considered every detail including the reveal and the herringbone direction matching at each end. Choosing carpeting and having it custom cut was the best solution for my circumstances. It was a pleasure to work with Joe and Emad. I am very happy.
I had a very small flooring job, but it needed attention to the details (including moulding and small tight fitting around the staircase).

Carpet Heritage just finished installing new bedroom and hallway, stairs carpeting. It looks absolutely amazing. Joe is an amazing ,knowledgable person who knows all of his merchandise. I was looking for natural non toxic carpeting that looked good and he delivered. The installation was perfect. I was told it would take 2 days for hall and stairs and they were able to do it in one day. This is not the first time we have used Carpet Hertage. They installed new hardwood and refinished all of my wood floors to match the new floor.My 33 year old house looks fabulous thanks to Joe and Carpet Heritage. I highly recommend them.
