Fantastic, especially in the fall and spring. Enjoy the main trail or take several off the beaten path routes. It is somewhat short but nice for an afternoon or a break in your day.

A pastoral lake park with spectacular beauty!!

Breathtaking nature with magical walking paths among trees, bamboos and lots of soothing greenery. Infinite peace and tranquility surround the place, under blue skies and a pleasant breeze that refreshes the heart.

In my opinion one of the best local parks Toms River has to offer. Been coming here since the 80's. Plenty of trails to walk. They have the Nature House & Butterfly Garden too. Love it here.

Catus Island Park is an absolute gem for nature lovers and families alike. The park offers a beautiful blend of serene walking trails, lush greenery, and breathtaking views of the water. Whether you're looking to unwind with a peaceful stroll, spot some wildlife, or enjoy a picnic by the bay, this park has something for everyone. The trails are well-maintained and easy to navigate, making them accessible for all ages. The nature center is informative and engaging, providing insights into the local ecosystem. I especially appreciate the park's commitment to preserving the natural environment while making it enjoyable for visitors. A perfect spot for a day out in nature—highly recommended!

This is my go to, they have so many trails and you never get bored. I love the scenery 😍 and very family oriented. A great place to take your family , it has a learning center for kids that's free to look at the animals like, turtles, snakes, crabs,a bee home.they also have still life animals . They have classes on Learning so much Art , Animals and their habitats and don't forget the Butterfly garden. Absolutely Amazing ❤️
