Love these people. ALWAYS accommodating and I've never had an issue with anything (knocking on wood). Rates are fair, although slightly higher than market, but you get what you pay for and they definitely deserve the extra.
Always come through with last minute rentals, even bringing in from other locations.
In regards to the comments of rude staff... they aren't rude, they are busy. HUGE Difference. But, when you have an issue, they address it, always. If you can't handle a busy crew and you require special "attention", this ain't the place for you - but I've NEVER had ANYONE be rude or rush or anything in the 5 years I've dealt with this company. I rent very regularly (at least monthly if not more). CALL if something happens with your vehicle, they will take care of it. Give them a chance, don't just come here to complain. They have 24 hour support and I've NEVER not once NOT been able to reach someone. I had a truck get a flat once, and they had a new truck to me within 2 hours - I was an hour away! Their guy stayed with the flat truck so I can go on my way. No extra charge. Nada.
