Dr. Eli and his team are the best! You can tell everyone on his team really likes kids and they are so patient and kind. My daughter loves coming here and even during fillings and having uncomfortable exams everyone is so patient. They are the best!
My daughter had a good experience. I love and appreciate the bond doctor Eli and his assistant build with her. Of the walk in I was greeted with so much joy. The office in general really cool it is set up for kids to see it like fun rather than boring and scary which it’s great. Treatments were explained and doctor explained everything and i fully understood. I highly recommend this doctor is experienced with children and I will continue on going here thank you!
The level of service and care is outstanding! My daughter always feels comfortable and goes to her appointments cheery. Dr. Rachlin is so much fun and engaging with the kids. The facility is clean, modern and comfortable. The ladies at the desk (Debbie and Sabrina) are great! I highly recommend them!
Dr. Rachlin & staff are the best! We never wait, the appts are very thorough & we get a good explanation of what care/treatment is needed. They are great with my child (now age 9) that has a fear of dentists & has had prior teeth extractions at a young age. They have weeknight & weekend hours; great for busy parents! I especially love the front desk staff (Debbie is super accommodating & helpful!) We drive 20 minutes out of our way & would recommend them to anyone.
My daughter had an emergency overnight and Venus was able to get us in first thing in the morning. She was so very nice and helpful and put my mind at ease with all that needed to get done before and during her appointment. Dr. Eli came highly recommended from a friend and he is outstanding! So outgoing and makes you feel at home and like family. If you are in need of pediatric dentistry for your children, this is hands down the best place to go! Thank you Venus and Dr. Eli!
