I was referred to Dr. Chiang by my endodontist and I will be forever grateful. I was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Chiang clearly explained what work he would be doing and why. I also received a cleaning from a very competent and friendly Dental Hygienist and will absolutely be recommending this practice to friends and family. The whole staff was great!
Dr. Chiang's exam was very thorough and I felt comfortable that he had identified any problems I had. He recommended treatment that I will pursue with him next month. The support staff was very professional and courteous and made you feel at ease. I recommend them highly.
Excellent first time experience at this practice. From our very first interaction over the phone for appointment setting with Joanna, to our cleanings with Beth and Brianna, culminating with our checkup with Dr. Chiang-we could not have asked for a better overall visit. We are so happy that our retiring dentist referred us to this practice.
This practice and it’s pleasant professionals exceeds our five stars given!
Tom M. And Pam M. 11/15/24 visit
The staff were all so lovely and welcoming. Excellent experience with hygienist and dentist.
Dr Chiang was so impressive when administering the novicaine injection. I have always been very sensitive and dread those, for the first time ever I barely knew it happened.
Our whole family goes to Dr Chiang and we are very happy. We switched when our daughter was told she was going to need 2 cavities drilled on a tooth that hadn’t even come in fully yet. Based on a referral from a friend we went to Dr. Chiang for a second opinion. He recommended waiting for the tooth to come in before making a decision. In the end, they weren’t even a cavities. He explained that they were natural depressions in the tooth with no decay. He is recommending filling them, but there was no need for drilling. That was so refreshing and we feel like they will always have our best interests in mind.
Personally, I needed a “Deep Cleaning” because I hadn’t been to a dentist since before the pandemic (~3 years). The procedure was done in two sittings and my comfort was the utmost importance during all visits. I feel great now.
The hygienists are all amazing. All three of our kids are treated so great and they are all extremely comfortable when they are there. We are never made to feel guilty about any issues and we are politely given helpful tips to make our family oral hygiene routines better.
The office/billing employees are also awesome. They are great at explaining schedules and invoices, so I always know what’s going on.
Seriously, this is the happiest I’ve ever been at a dentist.
