Dr. Farri is an amazing doctor and has taken great care of my son who had various medical issues. She helped us create a care plan for him before he went abroad to study in Scotland, which was really helpful. Great experience and highly recommend this practice!

While my experience with Dr. Farri has been positive, unfortunately, her clinical staff and follow up protocol leaves a lot to be desired. We recently brought our son to her clinic in order to diagnose and treat respiratory irritation. We were provided several prescriptions for medication from the Pharmacy which was extremely expensive. As is customary, we reached back to the office to be provided with a generic alternative and the process to receive the generic alternative has been a disaster. The office did not follow up with the pharmacy despite several calls to both Rose (the front desk clinic staff) and our pharmacy. It has been nearly one month and half since this transpired and my call today has been met with the same lack of urgency shown during my initial call a month ago. The pharmacy also has no messages or proof that a call was made to rectify this situation. This presents both a liability concern for a diagnosed pediatric patient. I am not happy with this situation.

I do want to very clear that the provider is absolutely excellent and you would be wise to trust her expertise and clinical acumen. However, the front desk receptionist Rose, in my experience, leaves a lot to be desired in terms of patient follow up and sense of urgency to help mitigate against disgruntled parents looking for solutions.

I highly recommend Dr. Farri. We have struggled for months to get answers about our son’s breathing issues. She diagnosed him right away and we came up with a plan. She took time and explained everything to us. She is amazing! I was also able to get an appointment quickly.

By far the best experience I have ever had with any pediatric specialist. Dr Farri was so patient, taking her time to listen to our concerns and making us feel comfortable. Would highly recommend!!
