Ciocca Collision of Bridgewater

I’ve used this shop for repairs twice before and have been satisfied for the most part. The process is fairly smooth re insurance and rental cars. I recently had my car in for body work and I’m satisfied with the job they did. However, they took much longer than originally estimated. They had my car for an entire month which maxed out my insurance rental car coverage causing me to pay out of pocket. They claim the extensive delay was due to parts delays which I understand but my car was drivable so I could have brought it back when they had all the parts and not paid out of pocket for a rental. The timeframe for completion was constantly pushed back via automated text messages over a 2 week period. They also did not complete 1 repair on the interior and I now have a missing tire pressure sensor where they did the repairs. I called immediately after picking up the car, which was close to their closing time but still within their operating hours and no one picked up the phone. Left a voicemail that was never returned and am still waiting 2 days after speaking with someone about my issues. It’s frustrating that I have to chase them down to resolve my issues and now have to take my car back in.

The team at Ciocca Collison did a fantastic job! A deer ran into my car almost a month ago which lead to my door frame being damaged, partial front bumper, and my left headlight smashed.

I took my car to Ciocca and they ascertained the damage and kept it at the shop for a few weeks. They updated me the progress of the repair every Tuesday and Thursday, letting me know when the car would be ready by.

They were actually a few days ahead of schedule and I picked up my car. It was like I didn't get into an accident. Everything spotless and all the repairs were completed. This body shop is it! I appreciate them and their work!

I recently had my car back bumper replaced after an accident, they did a great work. Kept me updated as fix progressed and was able to pick up my vehicle on given date.

My experience at Ciocca Collision exceeded expectations and couldn’t have been any better. They have excellent communication and customer service skills and kept me in the loop every step of the way till my car was ready for pick up.
