Classic Construction did an excellent work in adding an addition and building a deck. The attention to detail was extraordinary. The pace of the project was almost choreographed. I highly recommend.
Classic has been great, bringing the right people to do a variety of home improvements and repairs. Very good quality work, attention to detail, where things are fully thought through before the work begins. Cost is reasonable, and they show up when they say they will.
We have used Classic Construction for several jobs so far. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I read one of the other reviews about them asking for plans or drawings before they come out. What’s wrong with that? They are thorough. I started with them with a small job so that review is totally off base. They show up when they say they will, which is rarely the case with others. I appreciate them asking all the right questions, things I didn’t think about but need to address. We’ve used them for big and small jobs, started out with a small job and when we saw the quality of the work, how attentive they were to my constant worries about keeping the construction dust away from the rest of the house, they wear booties, they put up plastic protection like no other contractor I’ve used in the past (I’ve renovated in 2 other houses which is why I’ve become so paranoid that the past disasters would repeat), we then felt comfortable using them for bigger jobs and we have not been disappointed at all. We just started a kitchen renovation with them and I am once again very impressed with their work. They LISTEN! If something is important to me, they are on it! When we give them our constant changes, it’s never a problem. They also happen to be a really nice bunch of people, on site and in the office. I don’t think I will ever use another contractor.
I had Classic Construction remove and replace several of the walls on the second floor. They also painted the walls. The quality of the craftsmanship was more than excellent. I'll have them come back when we get to the next phase of our rehabbing our house.
They wanted to see my plan before any project manager talked to me. The only reason I can think of is that they want to work on large projects only and didn't want to waste time on small ones so they want to see the plan first. I did not like to give out building plans to any random customer service. They said they will call me back but never did. I guess they may be the contractor to go for if you are doing reno for a million dollar home.
