The entire staff at the store in Summit is excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable and creative. I had a number of items to frame or refresh with new frames and I love how everything turned out. Great quality and reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend!

Our go to framing spot! The staff is super attentive and knowledgeable. They offer thoughtful ideas and design choices staying within the boundaries of your intent. We have received multiple products back from them and everything has come out perfect. One of our framing experiences was taking longer than expected, upon inquiry we found out that it was rejected from the stores qa/qc process and sent back for reframing. My expectations were exceeded! This storefront Framebridge is exactly what this area needed. With such a beautiful showroom and amazing staff, I don’t think I’ll order online again: I’ll be coming to this Summit location!
I brought in an anniversary gift to be framed for my husband. Jose was extremely helpful in advising me which frames would best suit our artwork. He recommended a frame with a clear float mat, which was something I didn’t even know was possible or that I wanted until he showed me what it would look like.
The staff is very knowledgeable of the products and reassured me about the reliability of shipping services. I felt comfortable that my important art was in good hands.
My order came in extremely fast and the team upon picking it up was friendly and just as eager to open the finished product as I was!
