Colonial Airstream

Our experience with Colonial Airstream was outstanding as always. We have ordered parts from them in the past and Paul Botticelli was extremely helpful in locating the exact parts needed for our model Airstream. At Colonial Airstream they always take the time to address any questions or concerns you may have and deliver every time. Paul was courteous, professional and made us feel confident we were getting exactly what we needed for our trailer. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Where do we start… from the first time we met the Colonial staff at the Hershey show until we took delivery of our new Airstream Interstate 24GL yesterday, the entire process was beyond amazing. Our sales team, Patric B. And Kevin N. truly made the experience as simple and pleasant as can be.
For us, this was a bucket list major purchase, Grace M was such a great human being (as they all were), she made us feel like family and made sure we understood and were comfortable with all the paperwork.
The day of delivery, Kevin A did an outstanding job of going thru the entire RV. As first time RV buyers, being nervous is an understatement, but Kevin took the time and made sure we understood what was being explained every step of the way. At the end we were very pleased in knowing we had all the basics down, thanks to Kevin.
We are a roadtrip family and have always used one of our daily drivers. We have looked toward this moment for a very long time, and Colonial made this dream come true beyond our expectations. Now we hope our Airstream treats us as great as the staff at Colonial !!!

I scrubbed the internet looking for the exact model Airstream I wanted. I looked at every dealership in New England until I found the right interior colors, condition, size, you name it. I found my dream 23 Foot Flying Cloud here at Colonial Airstream. We negotiated my trade (2024 20FB Bambi) and my sale (2024 23FB Flying Cloud) over the phone, I put down a deposit, and I was very happy with the deal. Financing matched a great percentage rate I found elsewhere too. Everything was ready to go so I made the drive to New Jersey from way Upstate New York. It was an 8-hour drive, all the while I prayed the Airstream I chose was everything I hoped it would be. When I arrived I was ecstatic. My new Flying Cloud is absolutely gorgeous, my tour was quick (because they could tell I already had experience with Airstreams), the contract deal with Grace went fast as well. There were no tricks, or add-ons, no games or nonsense. I arrived at 12:30 and was back on the road before rush hour with my new to me Airstream in tow at about 3:30. I couldn’t be happier and would buy from them again. I am completely 100% in love with my Flying Cloud, and happy with Colonial Airstream! Highly recommend!

I want to especially thank Sean, my service manager at Colonial Airstream. He went above and beyond to help me with an emergency propane valve replacement while I was out of state. Sean made sure the coordination with my transport company went smoothly, kept me in the loop with calls and texts, and had the repair finished ahead of schedule even after a small delivery delay.
