Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish

I had an outstanding experience with Xtreme Machines and can’t say enough good things about the team. I worked with Lexie in sales, and she was absolutely amazing. She was never pushy and took the time to clearly explain all of the options, but more importantly, she truly listened to our needs instead of trying to force a sale. That made all the difference.

Once we decided on what was right for us, Lexie introduced us to Kristine in finance, who was just as incredible. The entire process felt personal, thoughtful, and seamless—we were never treated like just another transaction.

Awesome experience. Drove 2 1/2 hours away to make a deal on a new bike that they got in for me very quickly. Talked numbers on the phone With a Trade. When I got there I got the exact deal that we talked about. My salesman was Nick Petroff . Awesome guy highly Recommend.. I will definitely be doing business Again with them in the future. A++

Recently purchased a 2023 Ducati DesertX from Xtreme. I’m usually one to go back and forth on a deal, but they really made it hard. Got a great deal on price and received an insanely low priced extended warranty and they even added an extra 2 years at no cost, for a total of 6 years.

Also, Alexis, the sales rep that I completed the deal with really hooked me up. Not only with the warranty, but also with getting a new master for the front break. After examining the bike, the front break system seemed to have an issue, allowing the front break lever to be pulled completely to the bar. As a fellow rider herself, she advocated for me to have the front break replaced, all while I was still in the store so I didn’t have to bring a new bike back in for repair. Their mechanics weren’t thrilled to have to make a hasty replacement, but since I drove a long way, Alexis made sure they got it done with no issues.

Can’t recommend Alexis enough and if you want to be taken care of and not jerked around by some salesman, ask for her when shopping at Xtreme.

I just bought a new Honda rebel motorcycle from here Lexie in sales was super helpful. She has a vast knowledge of their selection and took the time to help me get what I was looking for. Honestly I don't think I'd go anywhere else to do business. I'll be back with my wife to get her a bike as well thanks again!!
