I have been going to Columbus for over 30 years. I visited other churches but didn't feel a connection. My home is at Columbus Baptist.
That is where my family in Christ is and the teaching of Jesus is alive and strong. They have the best bible studies, men's and women's monthly breakfast, ,
picnics , fellowship, retreats, friendships, support, praise team,
youth groups, lots of praying and so much love for God and each other and so much more I can't even begin to cover everything. I was baptized there and recently became a member. I highly recommend this church.You will never feel alone or empty. THANKYOU CBC!!!!!!!!
The presence of our Lord, Savior, and King, Jesus Christ, is always felt at this house of worship. My spirit is uplifted and filled with positive energy after attending the service. This church is focused on community outreach and sharing the message of our salvation.
I have been attending CBC for the past 10 years. Before I started attending, the word “church” held a negative connotation for me because of a prior experience with a different church. However, as soon as I walked through the doors of Columbus Baptist Church, I knew I found my spiritual family. Everyone is so welcoming and loving. My faith and knowledge of the Bible has grown immensely in the past 10 years and it’s because of the sound teaching of this Church. They stand for Truth. I have since found my fiancé here and I have made so many friendships with so many people here, Young and old alike. It’s a wonderful place to worship our Lord!
Visited today. I enjoyed the worship and especially the prayer time. There was a definite sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and people who had needs. There was a guest speaker today and he gave an excellent message I was very happy after I left the church and I could say that I felt a great peace after I left. The Pastor was very accessible and and took the time to speak with me .
