C&R Diagnostics

After getting a quote from a local mechanic to replace a vacuum pump I decided to shop around. I came across C&R diagnostics and scheduled an appointment with Chris to confirm my issue. Within a few days Chris had my pump and was able to come to my house shortly thereafter. Not only did Chris do an exceptional job he saved me almost half of what I was originally quoted with a 1 yr warranty on parts and labor. I usually am a pretty good judge of character and from my 1st impression I knew this was a standup guy and he proved me right.

Chris came to my house to diagnose a hum/vibration that other mechanics could not source. He inspected the car, hooked up diagnostic equipment, and went on a drive. He provided me with a video of what his tools detected: a clear difference between right and left rear wheel bearings. Diagnosis successful. Chris was knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, honest and reasonable. Like a car doctor who makes house calls. How convenient! Highly recommended.
