I've had three vehicles serviced here, and not only is the level of service exceptional, but their attention to detail is also exceptional. Thank you to Paul and Jordan for what you do! There is a truly noticeable difference between chain service centers and car enthusiasts who genuinely love what they do.

I brought my CTR FK8 in for suspension work, and the team absolutely nailed it. From the initial consultation to the final test drive, everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. They clearly know their way around performance setups and took the time to make sure everything was dialed in perfectly.
The ride quality and handling have improved dramatically—I can really feel the difference. They also walked me through the adjustments and made sure I was happy with the results before I left.

Extremely satisfied with their service. I feel bad that I actually meant to write this review last November, but the good news is, not a squeak or a rattle from their installation of Unplugged Performance mild lowering springs on my 2024 Tesla Model 3. I’m a little bit older and have owned many modified cars over the years. I explain to him that I’m putting the springs on for ascetics only, not performance so I would appreciate if he gave me an alignment for best tire wear. Happy to report they did a great job with the install and many thousands of miles later, no rattles or squeaks. If you’re a Tesla person around this area, you can trust him with the install.

Unplugged Performance preferred installer for all Tesla EV mods. Paul is a great guy to work with. I just got a rear sway bar and lowering kit from UP installed on my 2021 Model S plaid at MP Built. The whole process was very smooth and Paul did a quick and excellent job. He has a tremendous amount of experience working on high performance cars and has high expertise for suspension and performance mods on a wide variety of ICE and EV vehicles. His work speaks volumes on the number of fast and expensive cars people have trusted his work with. A highly recommended and competent mod shop for your vehicles.
