If not for Janet's expertise and insights, my husband and I would never have enjoyed such an extraordinary experience in Aruba. During our first conversation, Janet patiently sought to understand the kind of vacation we were looking for. She then worked diligently to find the perfect place for us to stay and make all the arrangements necessary to ensure everything went smoothly. I especially appreciated the perfectly timed "reminder" to make sure we had our ED Card, the document required to enter the country. Without her, I would have missed this critical detail and we would have been left scrambling to get them done at the airport, which is no way to start a vacation! So... this is why, while this is the first time I have ever used Cruise Planners (or any travel agent), it certainly will not be the last!
