From the moment he arrived, it was clear that this facility is truly dedicated to providing first-class, compassionate, and professional care. My grandfather had multiple medical issues and required a lot of attention, and the staff handled everything with a level of patience, respect, and expertise that exceeded all of our expectations.

The nursing team was always attentive and proactive. They kept us informed about his condition, medications, and any changes in his care plan. You could tell they genuinely cared about his well-being—not just as a patient, but as a person. They took the time to talk to him, comfort him, and make him feel at home, even on his difficult days.

The CNAs and support staff deserve special recognition as well. They were gentle, kind, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure he was clean, comfortable, and treated with dignity. Many times when we visited unannounced, we found them talking with him, making him laugh, or ensuring he was settled with everything he needed.

The therapy department did an amazing job helping him maintain his mobility and independence as much as possible. They always encouraged him and celebrated even the small victories, which meant a lot to our family.

The administrative staff was also a pleasure to work with—professional, organized, and always willing to answer questions or address concerns. Communication was something they truly excelled at.

The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. You can tell the management takes pride in keeping the environment safe and comfortable for the residents.

Overall, our family is incredibly grateful for the outstanding level of care my grandpa received. It gave us peace of mind knowing he was in a place where people genuinely cared about him. A Truly Remarkable Transformation. Recently my 89 y.o. mother needed nursing and rehabilitation services after a fall. The hospital caseworker recommended Warren Haven. I was reluctant at first since I had heard it was not such a nice place, being the former County run nursing home. Boy was I wrong. I decided to visit and was genuinely surprised and impressed by the positive changes and exceptional environment. It's clear that the “New leadership” has made a significant impact, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence throughout the facility.

My tour of the facilities included the dementia unit, and I was blown away. It is a wonderful space designed with true understanding and respect for its residents. The dedicated, outside area is not just beautiful; it's a therapeutic haven that allows patients to enjoy the beautiful grounds safely and peacefully.

Most importantly, the staff treated every resident with incredible kindness, patience, and dignity. The entire facility, was impeccably clean and felt warm inviting and welcoming. The friendliness of every staff member I met, from nurses to aides, was outstanding.

I cannot recommend Warren Haven Rehabilitation highly enough, especially for anyone seeking a nurturing, caring top-tier environment for a loved one.

I can't say enough of good things about this place. My grandmother was a patient here and she received excellent care. The nursing staff was compassionate and made her feel comfortable. The rehab staff are amazing and got her to a point where she was able to return home safely.
The grounds are beautiful and she enjoyed sitting outside in nature. Warren Haven has so much open space and large rooms. She really enjoyed the food too.

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Warren Haven to see the amazing set up they have on the dementia unit. The outside area dedicated to just the unit was amazing for the patients. The amazing staff treated the patents with kindness and dignity.
