I recently completed the Silva Method Mastery System with Ken Coscia. It was a phenomenal experience. Ken is a highly experienced instructor with a genuine interest in helping his students get the most out of the training. Attending the Silva Method 4-day retreat with Ken as the instructor was truly a life-changing experience. Over the course of the four days, we went through a deep reprogramming of the mind—learning practical, powerful techniques that helped unlock new levels of clarity, focus, and inner peace.

Ken was an exceptional instructor. His knowledge, patience, and passion for the Silva Method were evident in every session. My parents enrolled me in Silva courses while in high schoo circa 1970. As a female in a difficult male profession I credit Silva techniques with successfully completing a PhD in nuclear physics and eventually attaining a senior scientist position at a national lab in the Chicago area. I started back with Silva in 2015 when I realized Ken Coscia was teaching in the area, bringing my family. Recently retired, I attend all Ken's courses in the area, benefitting more with each review.
