Dr. Sabatini is a wonderful & caring doctor. I have been a patient for over 25 years.

Lately the receptionist hasn't been very kind at the desk . She came off like she didn't like me. And I never really had her before. Before the women that worked at the desk were welcoming. Made you feel heard and seen . I had my initial appointment on 3/3rd. Yes I was 15mins late. Sick as a dog. That's why I was late. I had a hard time getting ready. Had to stop a couple times to catch my breath and rest a minute. And drive myself there.. I believe that I had pneumonia with the flu. And My cough was horrible. It became hard to cough because it hurt my chest and ribs. I had been trying to get in for 2 weeks
I really needed to be seen. I knew that I needed antibiotics like a week before. And she wouldn't let me see Dr Thomas , or anyone for that matter . I've been a patient with your practice for like 15yrs.
I came home and right to bed. But before I hit the bed I called your office to ask if Dr Thomas could return my call when he had a minute.
But when I did that, the girl got me in the next day with another Dr. Needless to say I left with a script to get X-rays of my chest and antibiotics, inhaler,and steroid pack. However I couldn't get the tests done that same day because I didn't have the strength.
I was in bed from the 4th to the 11th so sick. That happening upset me so much. That by the time I got home I had a excruciating headache.
My fiance took my blood pressure and it was 180/ 100. I had to take a second dose of my medicine. That helped. All of what I endured through out the month was bad. I feel if she would've asked my dr if he would still see me, and also told him how sick I was, I believe he would have.
So I'm not a happy camper these days . I'm finally able to get the tests done so I'm going on Friday.
Yes the results aren't going to be as they should because I couldn't go when I should've.
I also believe that my kidneys were affected because of my illness. .

Dr Sabatini and all of his staff have been amazing. What a change from years ago. His office manager goes above and beyond to assist the patients and this trickles down to the all the staff .
