Patriot came out to inspect and fix the main water valve that leads to the street because we were experiencing low water pressure. The tech was on time and did great work! The problem was solved in a couple of hours and we will not hesitate to use Patriot for other plumbing issues.
Patriot Plumbing is amazing! Gene was very professional and very nice! Listens and then gives his diagnosis to where he would continue to fix the issue. We also had a house fire a little bit ago, they came and shut down the water for us and flushed the drains and did all from the kindness of their hearts. (No charge) That’s what is great about a family business, is they show compassion and care about their people. We felt very blessed with our family, friends and community being there for us and to add that a business was rallying behind us… well we are still speechless.
Gene fixed our toilet today and we talked about the other issues and will continue to monitor them.

Patriot plumbing is fantastic! The techs are detail oriented, professional and personable. They have been to our home numerous times and were able to correct an issue other plumbers simply put a bandaid on. The phone was picked up by a person not a machine, that was a pleasant experience. The plumber- Gene provided exceptional service repairing the leaking sink. He diagnosed the issue right away, explained everything clearly, and fixed it with great attention to detail.
