Great job from beginning to end, Nyle! Nyle quickly found the source of our water leak, what the fix would be and accomplished everything with an outstanding professional and personal manner. He is truly an asset to the Stryker staff!
We have not used Stryker before but my husband called Stryker today in a pinch about needing a new furnace asap. They answered all of his questions and gave him great info even while knowing that we would probably have to use someone else for the service. We were so impressed that we will be calling them for any issues in the future.

A leaky hot water heater prompted my Google search and the number/quality of reviews prompted me to call Stryker. Within 24 hours of my initial call, I had a bigger and better functioning hot water heater. As you can see from the before/after photos, this wasn’t a simple swap out either. Bob was diligent in understanding and assessing my needs/wants and Derrick skillfully executed the plan, which involved removing the old heater, its rickety housing (while saving the rest of the shelf), and rerouting the plumbing and electrical components to accommodate a larger unit and new placement in accordance with the latest code requirements. My experience with Stryker has been nothing less than great and I will certainly be a repeat customer.
