It's the woods. No garbage.
Beautiful place to go for a nice easy hike. Lots of wildlife and flowers to look at.
One of the least accessible WMA's, but a good challenge. Great for bird and wildlife viewing. The "swamp" part is very evident, as mosquitoes and ticks are very thick in this area so be prepared going in. Almost no established paths other than game trails, and parking lots are secluded and small but marked with signs and adequate for the visitorship this place sees.
Its a swamp. Two practical access points no maintenance of trails except by a very few locals, mainly for hunting, but crowded in my opinion at least three or four deer stands left in the woods that i found And the deer stay near the houses mostly there not to dumb. Sure take your dog for a walk, i do , wear orange during hunting season
Great area to explore with lots of birds and nice sounds. Good place to walk around if you park somewhere. Good for family and friends adventuring.
